Looking at all the options

The first task we completed for The IFRS Foundation was a comprehensive stay-or-go analysis, which included negotiating with their current landlord to determine the cost of remaining in the City Core area.

After weighing up the options, a move was considered the best use of the charity’s investment. A site in Canary Wharf was targeted and, after negotiation, not only matched, but reduced The IFRS’s occupational overheads. Moreover, the new offices helped the organisation work better together, as they moved to a single floor.
