With over 20 years’ experience, James’s eye for complex real estate strategies have helped a wide mix of businesses successfully find new homes both in in the UK and abroad. He has also overseen some of our most high profile legal and professional services moves, including Boston Consulting’s relocation in the West End, Freshfields’s new City head office and Ashurst’s lease near Spitalfields Market.
Angus Currie
Angus has 22 years’ experience specialising in advising occupiers across London and South East England on strategic real estate projects. He has a particular focus on the Life Sciences, Digital and Financial sectors, including advising companies such as Microsoft, Macquarie and AstraZeneca on their UK Headquarters. He provides strategic advice backed by an innovative mindset and approach.
Angus is highly relationship focused with his clients, many of whom are long-standing partners, and he acts as an Account Manager to several businesses, supporting them across multiple countries and service lines

In 2017, she joined us to launch our specialist advisory team, enabling us to educate, advise and relocate hundreds of businesses into flexible office space around the world. Along with new acquisitions, Amy is heavily focussed on providing global growth support, multi-site account management and solution delivery. Most recently advising; Fidelity, Experian, FOX Networks, Royal Bank of Canada, KKR and Huawei.

Danny joined the C&W Graduate programme in 2014 and quickly established his credentials providing advice to a wide range of occupiers across London. He specialises in advising high growth occupiers who need to build a certain level of flexibility into their real estate strategy. Matt is an Associate in the London Occupier Representation team having joined the firm in 2016, Matt has advised a range of occupiers from the Legal and technology sectors and other occupiers with their real estate strategies and has been involved in range of acquisitions and “Stay” vs “Go” scenario projects and complex relocations.
Matt also draws on his experience from a degree in Business Management and background in professional services

Charlie joined our Graduate programme in 2018, and has recently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. He has had exposure to both West End and City markets, and has rapidly built up a strong understanding of key market driver’s and occupier needs. He brings with him a high level of enthusiasm, and draws from his degree in Real Estate Management to increasingly develop his credentials.

Following her Masters in Real Estate, Isla joined the Cushman & Wakefield Graduate Programme in September 2019. She has assisted in providing advice to both tenant and landlord clients and has developed a strong understanding of the City market’s key drivers and challenges. Her previous experience advising landlords has equipped her with valuable knowledge of evolving occupier demands across a range of sectors, and she draws on this knowledge when providing strategic real estate advice. Now focusing her attention on occupier clients, she continues to enhance this expertise across both City and West End markets
