Ben Cullen brings a wealth of experience garnered during his 15 years of helping clients find offices in London. He has helped businesses from a range of industries find the perfect space. In particular, his intuitive appreciation for the high specifications and lifestyle features demanded by today’s tech businesses has added value for clients right through the move process. Recent clients include Amazon, L’Oreal, Sony Pictures, Ascential Plc, WeWork and Korn Ferry.

James Meikle

With over 20 years’ experience, James’s eye for complex real estate strategies have helped a wide mix of businesses successfully find new homes both in in the UK and abroad. He has also overseen some of our most high profile legal and professional services moves,  including Boston Consulting’s relocation in the West End, Freshfields’s new City head office and Ashurst’s lease near Spitalfields Market.

Angus Currie

Angus has 22 years’ experience specialising in advising occupiers across London and South East England on strategic real estate projects. He has a particular focus on the Life Sciences, Digital and Financial sectors, including advising companies such as Microsoft, Macquarie and AstraZeneca on their UK Headquarters. He provides strategic advice backed by an innovative mindset and approach. 

Angus is highly relationship focused with his clients, many of whom are long-standing partners, and he acts as an Account Manager to several businesses, supporting them across multiple countries and service lines 

Vincent Simond

Vincent has specialised in occupier strategies for over 13 years now. He has focused his efforts on advising European clients, in particular French and Italian organisations, and has successfully delivered strategic real estate solutions for occupiers across Central London. He often works with technology, media and finance clients, including more recent projects for L’Oreal, Unicredit, Experian, Capgemini and Meta.

Amy Taylor

Amy has been in the flexible office sector for 8 years. In 2017, she joined us to launch our specialist advisory team, enabling us to educate, advise and relocate hundreds of businesses into flexible office space around the world. Along with new acquisitions, Amy is heavily focussed on providing global growth support, multi-site account management and solution delivery. Most recently advising; Fidelity, Experian, FOX Networks, Royal Bank of Canada, KKR and Huawei.

Sioned Treloar

Having joined the firm in 2012, Sioned has developed a great understanding of different industries’ approach to occupational strategies across London; especially those in the technology, professional services and finance sectors. She specialises in developing portfolios and longterm occupational strategies; often culminating in large scale acquisitions, lease re-gears and multi-phase expansion for some of London’s most exciting occupiers such as Clifford Chance, Citi and several Fortune 100 companies. 

Honor Rankin

Honor has come through our ranks at Cushman & Wakefield. Originally part of our Graduate Training programme, she has gone on to brilliantly advise occupiers across all sectors and become one of our leading Surveyors. Also a member of the RICS, she has recently tailored her development to focus on technology and retail clients who need less than 10,000 sq ft; helping these smaller businesses make the most of every inch of their property.

Jamie Statham

Jamie recently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor; but has already built up an impressive portfolio of work across both the City and West End markets. He joined us in 2015 and soon became a specialist in the City office market, advising a variety of occupiers. He also brings to the mix a solid understanding of the market’s drivers and challenges, drawn from degree in Real Estate Management.

Danny Golding

Danny joined the C&W Graduate programme in 2014 and quickly established his credentials providing advice to a wide range of occupiers across London. He specialises in advising high growth occupiers who need to build a certain level of flexibility into their real estate strategy. He has a wealth of experience in the technology, media, financial and retail sector. 

He is passionate about ESG & Diversity and loves when his clients are too! 

Matt Rogers

Matt is an Associate in the London Occupier Representation team having joined the firm in 2016, Matt has advised a range of occupiers from the Legal and technology sectors and other occupiers with their real estate strategies and has been involved in range of acquisitions and “Stay” vs “Go” scenario projects and complex relocations. 

 Matt also draws on his experience from a degree in Business Management and background in professional services 

Charlie Lamb

Charlie joined our Graduate programme in 2018, and has recently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. He has had exposure to both West End and City markets, and has rapidly built up a strong understanding of key market driver’s and occupier needs. He brings with him a high level of enthusiasm, and draws from his degree in Real Estate Management to increasingly develop his credentials.

Isla Stevenson

Following her Masters in Real Estate, Isla joined the Cushman & Wakefield Graduate Programme in September 2019. She has assisted in providing advice to both tenant and landlord clients and has developed a strong understanding of the City market’s key drivers and challenges. Her previous experience advising landlords has equipped her with valuable knowledge of evolving occupier demands across a range of sectors, and she draws on this knowledge when providing strategic real estate advice. Now focusing her attention on occupier clients, she continues to enhance this expertise across both City and West End markets

 

Alfred Smith

Alfred has worked in the Flexible office sector for over 6 years and offers experience from both provider and consultancy side.

He works with a wide range of clients from different industries looking for flexible offices, whether it’s for a new HQ location, or short terms swing space. Some of the notable clients he’s worked with include British Airways, Boeing, E.on, DVSA and Philips.

Aliona Strukova

Aliona has worked in the flexible office sector for 8 years, including experience at leading providers in the UK (London). Since joining Cushman & Wakefield she draws upon said experience to assist and educate occupiers with their exploration of the flex market.  

The jump from landlord to agency was very much driven by her fondness for client facing work. More specifically, strategically introducing flex into global real estate portfolio, as clients seek a more flexible and dynamic real estate portfolio.

Camilla Muirhead

Camilla is an associate with over 9 years experience in the London market, her background on the landlord side of the leasing process has given her valuable insights that she can leverage to benefit her clientsCamilla is highly regarded for her strategic approach and attention to detail.  She fosters collaborative relationships with her clients, establishing a foundation of trust and open communicationShe has experience across a range of sectors with clients including Travers Smith, Sainsbury’s and Tropicana.

Jonathan Huckstep

Johnny has been working in the Tenant Rep team for over 30 years across the whole of Central London. His sector specialisms include Legal, accountancy, professional, banking amongst others.   His particular skill-set includes detailed Heads of Terms and legal documentation and lateral thought on the off-market options. Recent advice to clients includes Clifford Chance’s prelet relocation, Hogan Lovells’ prelet relocation, KKR to their new Hanover Square relocation, Rabobank’s London relocation, a lease renewal on behalf of Simmons & Simmons, the relocation of KPMG to additional space in Canary Wharf and Mazars across London and around the UK.
