With over 20 years’ experience, James’s eye for complex real estate strategies have helped a wide mix of businesses successfully find new homes both in in the UK and abroad. He has also overseen some of our most high profile legal and professional services moves, including Boston Consulting’s relocation in the West End, Freshfield’s new City head office and Ashurst’s lease near Spitalfields Market.
Angus is an occupier specialist with 18 years’ experience of advising businesses in the South East of England. He has worked across a wide range of industries from the Public Sector to Oil & Gas with a particular specialism in advising Life Science companies. Recent clients include HMRC, Aker Solutions and Astrazeneca.
Amy has been in the flexible office sector for 8 years. In 2017, she joined us to launch our specialist advisory team, enabling us to educate, advise and relocate hundreds of businesses into flexible office space around the world. Along with new acquisitions, Amy is heavily focussed on providing global growth support, multi-site account management and solution delivery. Most recently advising; Fidelity, Experian, FOX Networks, Royal Bank of Canada, KKR and Huawei.
With over 13 years’ experience, Shaun brings a wealth of knowledge in advising London occupiers on integrated real estate solutions. A New Zealand native, Shaun previously worked in investment sales and corporate leasing with a C&W alliance partner before relocating to our London team in 2011. He has a highly successful track record in advising media, technology and professional service occupiers on all aspects of their real estate strategy.
Vincent Simond has specialised in occupier strategies for over 10 years now. He has focused his efforts on advising European clients, in particular French and Italian organisations, and has successfully delivered strategic real estate solutions for occupiers across London. He often works with technology, media and finance clients, including more recent projects for L’Oreal, Unicredit, Grant Thornton, Sky, Banca Monte Dei Paschi di Sienna and Facebook.
Will has worked with us for 7 years. During that time, he has developed a broad and deep understanding of the challenges faced by clients large and small, and from all sectors. More recently, he has given valued advice to more tech, media, finance, retail and government organisations. These projects include large pre-let transactions in the West End and both consolidation and multi-site portfolio strategies. Will has expertise in Camden, Canary Wharf and Docklands areas of London, amongst many other areas.
Over the last 8 years, Phil has advised a broad range of occupiers on their real estate strategies. He has a particularly strong background in technology, media, finance and not-for-profit moves. Used to working with large corporate and smaller occupiers, he has a proven skill for handling complex Central London accommodation reviews: assessing real estate options and implementing property solutions. Phil also holds a Business Management degree and a master’s in Real Estate. Phil has expertise in the property markets for City, Clerkenwell & Shoreditch and Southbank.
Andrew specialises in advising alternative investment firms, boutique funds and other financial institutions. This has led to a comprehensive understanding of the Mayfair & St James’s market. That said; he also has an excellent knowledge of other key neighbourhoods across London, and has advised leading retail, creative agency and tech occupiers. As well as a degree in Economics and master’s in Real Estate Development; Andrew has over 10 years’ experience in property. He joined us in 2013, and brings a natural flair for innovative occupational strategies. As well as Mayfair, Andrew has in-depth knowledge of the markets in Euston & Marylebone, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Noho and Soho & Covent Garden.
Catrin is one our most talented relocation, re-gear and strategic Associates. She draws on a wealth of experience built over her 10 years with us, and has supported clients from all sectors. However, her knowledge of the technology industry’s priorities set her apart. In turn, she has a long track record of helping clients currently in serviced offices make the move to leased space. She also holds a degree in Land Management from the University of Reading. Catrin specialises in property within Euston & Marylebone, Hammersmith & Whitechapel, Noho, Paddington, Soho & Covent Garden and Victoria.
Sioned has quickly developed a great understanding of different industries’ approach to occupational strategies across London – most eye-catchingly for technology, media and professional services clients. A member of the RICS, she has become exceptionally skilful at developing portfolios and long term occupational strategies – often culminating in large scale acquisitions, lease re-gears and multi-phase expansion. This talent for long-term thinking also marked her out as ‘Best Newcomer’ at the 2017 CoStar Awards. Sioned has specialist in expertise in Bloomsbury, Canary Wharf, Clerkenwell & Shordeditch, and King’s Cross.
Honor has come through our ranks at Cushman & Wakefield. Originally part of our Graduate Training programme, she has gone on to brilliantly advise occupiers across all sectors and become one of our leading Surveyors. Also a member of the RICS, she has recently tailored her development to focus on technology and retail clients who need less than 10,000 sq ft; helping these smaller businesses make the most of every inch of their property.
Fergus’s surveying background started with his degree in Geography and Sociology, continued with a master’s in Real Estate. After joining our graduate scheme in 2014, he has gone on to become a member of the RICS. Today, he focuses on finding homes for media and technology clients across Central London. However, he also lends his expertise whenever we develop Stay vs Go strategies, for all manner of organisations.
Jamie recently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor; but has already built up an impressive portfolio of work across both the City and West End markets. He joined us in 2015 and soon became a specialist in the City office market, advising a variety of occupiers. He also brings to the mix a solid understanding of the market’s drivers and challenges, drawn from degree in Real Estate Management.
A Geography graduate with a Master’s in Real Estate; Danny joined our Graduate programme in 2014. He quickly established his credentials providing advice to a wide range of occupiers across London. Now RICS-qualified, he has gone on to become an expert on sports and hospitality, legal and emerging markets projects. He is also often brought in to assist clients interested in developing strategies that involve relocating to non-traditional markets.
After an undergraduate degree in Geography and master’s in Real Estate, Tom joined our graduate trainee programme in 2015. And here, he successfully passed the APC and qualified as a Member of the RICS. Tom now advises occupiers across a wide range of sectors on their real estate strategy. He is one of our Serviced Offices specialists, and has helped businesses of all sizes find the right solution for their needs.
Matt joined us in 2016, and has forged a strong reputation as an Assistant Surveyor helping clients from every industry find the perfect real estate. Increasingly, however, he is focusing his attention on the complex requirements of City office occupiers. Matt also draws on his experience from a degree in Business Management and background in professional services.
Lidia has over two years’ experience in the serviced office industry and specialises in advising on the flexible office market in Central London. She joined our in-house Serviced Office Advisory in 2018 as an account manager. Lidia supports with serviced office requirements in London, nationally and globally. Including; expansions, renewals and new acquisitions. She’s passionate about achieving value and providing a fantastic service to occupiers of all sizes.
Thea brings not only enthusiasm but also a naturally detailed and strategic approach to the projects she works on. She joined us in 2017, and assists on moves with clients from all sectors, with an eye for gaining a broad understanding of the business. Already a valued member of the team, she is set to join our Graduate Scheme in 2020.
