Jamie Statham

Partner

With over 11 years’ experience advising occupiers across Central London, Jamie specialises in real estate strategy, headquarters relocations, lease acquisitions, renewals, restructures and workplace transformation projects. Acting exclusively for occupiers, he provides end to end advice covering market analysis, financial modelling, workplace strategy, transaction management and commercial negotiations.

Recognising the growing overlap between traditional leasing, managed offices and flexible workspace solutions, Jamie established Cushman & Wakefield’s Managed Office Solutions team, providing clients with consistent and holistic advice across all office classes. Today, he leads the firm’s flexible office advisory team while drawing on extensive experience across major corporate transactions, including the 150,000 sq ft acquisition for Simmons & Simmons and the 300,000 sq ft headquarters regear for Morgan Stanley in Canary Wharf.

His recent experience includes advising Ant Group on its 30,000 sq ft London headquarters relocation from Victoria to the City Core, delivering a new London office for HONOR in Paddington, and supporting The New York Times on a complex office consolidation project within the City.

This breadth of experience enables Jamie to provide strategic, commercially focused advice across traditional, managed and flexible office solutions, ensuring occupiers secure the most effective outcome for their business.

Jamie holds a First Class Honours degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and joined Cushman & Wakefield through its graduate programme, subsequently qualifying as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
