Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Arron held senior leadership roles across commercial real estate and asset management, overseeing significant property portfolios and P&L responsibility in the Middle East. He also led international business development for WeWork across EMEA and APAC, partnering with multinational organisations to develop workplace strategies, optimise portfolios and implement flexible real estate solutions.
