Lancing Fabric is a joint initiative between Adur & Worthing Council and Freedom Works to deliver community focused Coworking space and offices for local businesses and community organisations, as part of the FABRIC; an initiative by the council to provide much needed workspace for local residents and create a place to collaborate and support each other. Our focus at Lancing Fabric is to create GOOD WORK!

The space is in a repurposed ‘Police Station’ in the heart of Lancing village. What were once ‘cells’ are now cool office spaces for local businesses to be based. We also cater for hot desking and meeting room and event space. We have onsite parking, bike storage and a communal kitchen and breakout area with a focus to create ‘conversations’ and of course, ‘Good Work’.

As with all of our spaces, our members benefit from super-fast WIFI (shared 1Gb connection), free refreshments & kitchen access and of course, our legendary ‘Free Beer Fridays’ – where members can unwind at the end of the week, and learn a little about each other. You will also have access to our community in Worthing and be able to connect with members from The Mill Building and the Creative & Digital Hub, and vise versa.

‘Community’ is at the heart of Freedom Works – and we pride ourselves on being ‘more than a roof over your head’. So, as a member you will also benefit from our ‘Member Support & Accelerator Service’ and benefit from direct introductions to our business support offering pumped into the community.
