Currently, the office is fitted out to have two very large boardrooms and circa twenty workstations however the office can accommodate up to 40 workstations. Subject to the salient commercial terms and the tenant’s requirements the landlords will undertaking refurbishment programs to include the removal of some of the current partitioning / meeting rooms, re-location of the kitchen point, new lighting and furniture. We would like to work with the occupier to create an office space which will be bespoke to the tenants needs and requirements, so it is very much open discussions on all points.
We provide a Zayo Tier-1 fibre connection for all of our managed offices. This is one of the highest quality carriers in the country for leased line (it is not a broadband service like many others in Shoreditch / London). Generally, 100 or 200 Mbps on Zayo would be better quality for reaching anywhere in the world than, say a 1 Gb/s of street broadband. Our standard offering is 100 Mbps but upgrade options available on all lettings (again depending on the tenant’s business requirements).
