Cubo Soho, London is scheduled to open in Q4 2024. Cubo will occupy 19,000 sq. ft. on the second floor of Soho Estates’ Ilona Rose House, a 300,000 sq. ft. mixed-use development. The project features a public courtyard surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and outdoor seating. Situated just over 100 meters from Tottenham Court Road station, it will be one of the most accessible locations in the city.
The building, designed by MATT Architects, has earned prestigious accreditations, including a BREEAM Excellent rating and WiredScore Platinum certification.
