The Clockwork Building was originally designed by renowned architect Richard Seifert on a site once home to the world-famous International Time Recording Company.
Today, however it has been transformed into stunning, creative and chic new offices, with landscaped communal gardens and break-out areas. In particular, a large communal roof terrace, exclusive to occupiers, offers panoramic views of the River Thames and London’s skyline beyond.
The nearby stretch of the Thames has several parks to enjoy. There are several award-winning and Michelin-starred establishments nearby, along with the convenience of a local post office, artisan coffee shop, Italian sandwich bar, Tesco Metro and Sainsbury’s Local.
It is just a few minutes’ walk from Ravenscourt Park Underground Station, on the District Line. And only a two-minute journey from Hammersmith Broadway ¬– which has Piccadilly, Circle and Hammersmith & City Line connections.
