With a good variety of leased and serviced offices, the Docklands has very much benefitted from the wider Canary Wharf revitalisation. It is slightly less well connected, with fewer amenities on its doorstep – but this does mean it is a much better value.

A good value financial hub

The three-acre Island Gardens, on the southern tip, is also a great place to picnic, with extraordinary views and a useful footbridge under the Thames to Greenwich.

An area of opportunity
Docklands has good availability of office space, and a busy pipeline means there will be plenty of quality office stock in the near future which is good news for occupiers who want to benefit from this well connected but lower-cost location.
