Modern Office Spaces offers something that most commercial property companies don’t. In fact we offer quite a lot compared to others. We wanted to give small companies, medium sized businesses, individuals, freelancers and microenterprises exactly what they were looking for. And also what our research told us you wanted. We found that estate agents across Glasgow were attempting to make tenants responsible for building and refurbishment of their office spaces and forcing them to sign long leases against their will. We decided to do the opposite.
