Office Space North of Oxford Street

Noho is the area just north of Oxford Street, centring around Fitzrovia. There is a sprinkling of the bustle and excitement of nearby Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street. However, the ambience is more akin to other similarly high-class semi-residential areas such as Mayfair.

Though there are new names like a Franco Manco pizzeria; this is an elegant neighbourhood of period hotels and classy restaurants – Charlotte Street, in particular, has a world-famous reputation for exceptional eateries.

Expensive and attractive
That ambience is reflected in the upward trajectory of its rent. However, even though it is now beyond £90.00 per sq ft, Noho remains an attractive location for many creative occupiers.

Increasing numbers of large options
There are a number of large, Grade A developments. Their expansive floor plates have attracted financial and professional services occupiers thanks to the lower rent compared Mayfair and St James, and which have seen a number of high profile pre-lets in recent years.

Strong future pipeline
Supply of office space has been very tight recently, but the outlook is far more positive. There are a number of proposed schemes due for completion soon to add to the quality of the area.
