Similar to neighbouring White City and Hammersmith, offices in Kensington play host to a variety of Media, TV and Broadcasting occupiers. However, the high number of period properties means the area usually suits smaller organisations who want a prestigious address with an enviable local culture.

That culture extends into King’s Road’s luxury and high street shops, the Michelin starred restaurants that litter the area, and the world-class museums and galleries in South Kensington.

A real high point of having office space in Kensington is picturesque Hyde Park – far more elegant and wild when explored from the west – and Kensington Gardens, a fitting space for the residents of nearby Kensington Palace.
